I have installed RQM Standard on Windows 2003 Server SP2, WAS 7, DB2 9.7

I am not able to create the database tables. I got an SQL exception during the table creation with repotools:

SQL Exception thrown while testing case sensitivity of the database

I used the documented operations to create the database.

OPTPROFILE=YES

db2 create database JAZZ on c: using codeset UTF-8 territory en PAGESIZE 16 K

The database is up and running, the pagesize is 16384..

Any ideas?

Just a quick check: what version of RQM?

DB2 9.7 will require RQM 2.0.1 or higher (2.0.0.x did not support DB2 9.7). See: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27015932#DB.
