Destroy a file and its history

So I've gone and done it: I added a file to source control with a cleartext password that should not get out. The question is, how do I remove the file such that it will never appear in any history?

That functionality is currently not supported.
The best you can do is to create a copy of that file, and remove the old
file, so that the history is not as easy to find.

Support for removing a version has been requested in work item 89619.
Please feel free to add a comment to that work item to indicate your
interest/support of this functionality.

Cheers,
Geoff
