Is is possible to export/import XML process template from an external
batch application without having to use the RTC GUI?

We have a testing environment to test the RTC process before deploying
it to the final users in a different RTC production server and we would
like to automate in a batch file the process of exporting the XML
process template from a testing environment and the import to the
production environment.
