is rtc client available in arabic? i know they can enter arabic text in fields but i am talking about client user interface.

Your assumption is correct. RTC 2.0x clients do not have arabic translations for client User Interface, but accept arabic text in input fields.

There is currently no Arabic translation and no plan for it as we also currently have no plans to mirror the UI.
