BUG in Jazz Server? CRJAZ0738I Cannot find groups for user
Hi,
I'm facing a strange problem:
When I set in RTC the LDAP server my using port 3268 in the Jazz Advanced Settings everything works fine.
Then I changed to the default port 389 and I'm running into some problems:
I can authenticate and the roles seem to distributed correctly (at least everything seems to work as before, user search, nightly sync, etc.), BUT when I try
* to open a users profile in web interface, the groups are not displayed any more, instead I have a error message CRJAZ0738I "Cannot find groups for user"
* When I try to open user profiles in eclipse client I get 'error on loading' and cannot "Cannot find groups for user" in the details
* Also one single user told me he was not anymore able to do anything in RTC
* changing back to the old port seems to resolve the issue.
It seems to be like a caching problem to me. Normally both ports should work normal, at least when I launch the queries manually.
Thanks,
Alexander

I'm facing the exact same problem using default port 389. RTC 2.0.0.2 is installed in WAS 7.0.0.3. Active Directory is used as centralized user repo. I haven't tried using any other port yet.
Any solution to this?

Any update on a resolution? I'm seeing the same thing.

Perhaps http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13456 and
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc728188%28WS.10%29.aspx
help? 3268 is the port to use for an AD GC, so depending on how your AD
is setup using 389 may not work.
