BUG in Jazz Server? CRJAZ0738I Cannot find groups for user

I'm facing a strange problem: When I set in RTC the LDAP server my using port 3268 in the Jazz Advanced Settings everything works fine. Then I changed to the default port 389 and I'm running into some problems: I can authenticate and the roles seem to distributed correctly (at least everything seems to work as before, user search, nightly sync, etc.), BUT when I try * to open a users profile in web interface, the groups are not displayed any more, instead I have a error message CRJAZ0738I "Cannot find groups for user" * When I try to open user profiles in eclipse client I get 'error on loading' and cannot "Cannot find groups for user" in the details * Also one single user told me he was not anymore able to do anything in RTC * changing back to the old port seems to resolve the issue. It seems to be like a caching problem to me. Normally both ports should work normal, at least when I launch the queries manually. Thanks, Alexander |

I'm facing the exact same problem using default port 389. RTC 2.0.0.2 is installed in WAS 7.0.0.3. Active Directory is used as centralized user repo. I haven't tried using any other port yet.
