Plan Charts tab shows "No work items were found"

Is this happening in both the Eclipse and WEB clients?

I am experiencing the same problem. I am using RTC 3.0 Beta1

I am also experiencing this problem with RTCz 2.0.0.2 IFIX01. None of the other reports seems to work on the "charts" tab of a sprint plan.

Is it possible to set the current iteration from the project web dashboard ?

I am experiencing the same problem in Version: 2.0.0.2 Build id: I20101021-2131. Some projects are working though. One difference between ones that are working and ones that appear broken is the number of teams. Projects that are working have only one team.

We have 3 current iterations and the burndown report is only showing 2 of them. Also the charts tab for one of the current iterations is show the wonderful "No work items found" message even though there are 29 open assigned to that iteration.

Have any of you been able to fix it?

Hi. Predefined Report Templates (e.g. Burndown, Burnup) are working fine when we execute them directly. However, we are getting "No work items were found" on the Charts tab of our current "Iteration 1" Plan yet there are 31 Closed and 244 Open work items. This has been happening for the last several days so we do not believe we need to wait for next run of the nightly "Data Warehouse" process. FYI ... we had tried setting the "Burnup" report as the default Plan chart using "Set as Default Plan Chart" but we are getting the following error:

Error setting default report: invalid UUID []

We believe that this may have "broken" things even further.

We have migrated from RTC 2.x to RTC 3.0.1 last month and from then the Charts Tab in all the plans are showing "No work items were found" even though the reports work perfectly when you execute it outside the plan. Also we notice that in RTC 3.0.1 we do not see the button to configure the chart in Planning Charts Tab.

The Charts tab was replaced with the Plan dashboard in 3.0.1. However this is available only in web client. The eclipse client still has Charts tab for compatibility reasons but it is not editable. It is supposed to show the burn down chart. Does the plan show the burn down chart in the web ui but "No work items were found" in the chart tab for the same plan in eclipse client?
