C/ALM Failure Viewing RTC Build Result from RQM Viewlet
I have C/ALM integration configured between RTC (2.0.0.2 iFix 1) and RQM (2.0.1). Everything seems to work except the following: if I add a viewlet onto an RQM dashboard that points at builds on the RTC server, I can get rich-hover data on a given build result, but if I click on the build result it goes to a blank screen with "Loading..." in the upper-left corner. The following error is in the RTC jazz.log file:
2010-04-05 19:10:36,078 ERROR .ibm.team.jfs.app.discovery.utils.RootServicesUtil - While fetching the root services document from "https://127.0.0.1:9443/jazz/_iframeproxy/https%253A%252F%252Frtc%253A9443%252Fjazz/rootservices" a "403" HTTP status code was recieved Any thoughts? As I said, the other integrations seem to work fine (for example, I can create a defect from an RQM execution record that lives in RTC). Thanks, Gary |

It looks like the URL is getting corrupted when forming the iframeproxy URL.
%253A and %252F are box characters. They should just %3A and %2F for : and /. In the friend configuration for http://rtc:9443/jazz/rootservices, is that exactly how it's specified? I just want to rule out the possibility that the invalid characters come from there. I've added this comment to the work item. Let's follow up there. |
