Upgrade to V 2.0.0.2 iFix1 fails

Upgrade to RTC version 2.0.0.2 iFix1 using IBM Install Manager fails with following error message.

Update failed.
Adding zip org.eclipse.equinox.p2.bootstrap.win32.win32.x86 3.4.200.R342_v20090122-989JESTEbig-SVaL8UJHcYBr4A63-1259779188154 to repository C:\Program Files\IBM\IBMIMShared failed.
