Is there a way to clone a project?

Hello -

I want to take an existing project and create another one just like it on the same server. This project is pretty big, thousands of test script and tons of data. I can export the whole project into a tar and bring it up as a separate server, but what I'd really like to do is have another project just like it on the same server (this would bring me happy users).

Is there any utility that could do this? It seems like a fairly simple thing, but alas I can't find a solution!

any advice appreciated !! thanks, Dave
