Jazz Reporting Services : Unable to get results when used WorkItem with TestPlan Traceability Links

Hello All,

We have a requirement in our team to establish a traceability link from Work Item (Feature) -> Test Plan -> Test Case -> Test Case Execution Record
But, the results are giving 0 output.
I have checked the Feature Workitem and checked the Links section and I see that there is Related Test Plan added there.
I also removed Test Case Execution record and Test Case from the Traceability Links option but still the results are zero. So this means, there is some problem with Feature and Testplan linkage which the JRS is not picking up.

Please help, we have nearby deadlines to achieve this requirement.

I don't see such issue. Please check:

- in "Limit the Scope" you selected both RTC and RQM projects.
- If you change the link from "Required" to "Optional", you should get all work items. Do those work items have related Test Plan shown in report result?
If not, you may consider to re-run DCC.
