HTML Viewlet for dashboard - how to set default HTML ?

Hi,

We are trying to setup a standard project dashboard. One of the viewlets that we want to use is the HTML viewlet for a constant message.

How can we add the HTML to the dashboard configuration so that it will open when the users open that dashboard?

It is about a paragraph of text. If we can't use the HTML viewlet, is there any other viewlet that we should use? No others seem to fit.
