Prevent access to project unless invited

Is it possible to prevent access to a project team unless the user is invited? I've added some users into the Jazz system through the Web UI but I don't necessarily want them to be able to access all the projects from an eclipse point of view.

Look at the Access Control for the project area as well. The default has been "Members of the Project Hiearchy" since RTC v3. You probably don't want "Everyone"
