I am using Rational Team Concert Standard Edition 1.0. Can I associate a user to whom a workitem gets assigned automatically.
For eg: I have few values "A" , "B", "C" for "Filed Against Field."

When I file a defect againt "A", can I configure it such a way that the defect is automatically assigned to the deveoper team lead of "A" without doing anything manual.

Similarly when the defect is fixed -resolved by a developer , will the defect be reassigned to the QA lead/defect reported automatically

Neither is currently possible, but the team lead could use a query for work items having the corresponding team area and not being assigned to an owner. The QA lead might use a similar query searching for resolved work items that are not verified.
