Load difference between snapshots

Excuse me if this is a stupid question but I have been asked to retrieve files that are different between 2 builds and zip them up.
I have the snapshots for these 2 builds in RTC.I can compare them and see the files that are different.......Is there a way to download those "different" files only?

The only way I know of in the GUI would be to download each file
separately. To do it all in one operation, I believe you'll need to use
the SCM command line. (Look at the "compare" command with the
"--include-types f" option).
