What is the good solution for both IBM and Contractor teams?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
I am from IBM Rational software development team, we have a contractor team, we want to setup a RTC repository for both IBM internal team and contractor team doing development, but they don't have IBM Intranet IDs.

So what is the recommended solution? We don't want to put the repository out in any public areas, and somehow replicate it to an RTC repository in IBM.

How about to put our project on jazz.net? what is the process? what about security control?
