What is "Remove work item from team area"?

In project area editor, navigating "Process Configuration"
-> "Team Configuration" , we can check and uncheck
"Remove work item from team area".

Pleae let me know the behavior when it is checked and unchecked.

It is a permission setting. With this permission, you can prevent that
someone changes a work item's 'Planned For' or 'Filed Against' attribute
in a way that would move the work item to another team.
