RRC Printing

Michael Mancini (1362410) | asked Mar 02 '10, 12:05 p.m.
Has anyone been able to successfully print directly from RRC without having it run off (or within 5mm) of the edge of the page? I can fix it through my printer settings, but our users are located elsewhere - has anyone else run into this problem?

Personally I find the best way to get output from RRC is to "export to Word", which resizes the images then gives me all the formatting and printing control of Word (or other products that read Word docs).

Hi.

I have the same problem.

It's probably a bug : it seems the print does not format the output based on the printer setup, but it keeps the format as displayed on the screen !

If you reduce the size screen, then it prints correctly.
