Change Sets in CQ records from Changes in RTC

Hello,

We have a UCM enabled setup in our office with ClearCase and ClearQuest. Normally to create a change set we checkin/checkout files using ClearCase against a new activity (a new CQ record) and the change sets would appear in the associated record in ClearQuest under the Unified Change Management tab.

As we are looking to use Jazz source control to replace ClearCase source control, is it possible to create a work item in RTC, make changes to files against it (also in RTC which would link the change set to the work item), then somehow use the CQ connector to create a UCM CQ record with the change set recorded in it under the UCM tab?

Many thanks in advance for you help,
Darren

No, the CQ Connector does not transfer the change set information to the
CQ record, but you can traverse from the CQ record to the RTC work
item, and from the RTC work item you can get to the RTC change set.

Thanks for your help Geoff. Looking into it further I've since discovered that change sets are stored in a UCMUtilityActivity record in CQ (which the CC Connector creates) which contains the change set and which appears as an activity in CC. I guess I will use this to build from somehow :)
