How to modify login screen so scheduled outage be shown?

We want to modify RTC login screen so any planned outage could be shown to end users. How can I do that? Thanks.

just a "++" to that idea,

we would love to have that feature as well,
plus a messaging (yellow bar or similar) for those using only the rich client.

I'd suggest either commenting on this work item with your requirements or opening a new one, suggesting something along the lines of a new Admin UI property like "Login Warning Message" or something, that can be populated without uploading a new theme.
