How to generate Report for Requirement - Number of testcase

Hi,

I am looking for a report which shows me the count of testcases for each requirement / Test Plan / Test Suite.

eg: The report should look like this.
Requirement 1 - 10 Testcases
Test Plan 1 - 15 Testcases
Test Suite 1- 18 Testcases

Do we have any predefined reports which i can achieve the above reports. I mean i am more interested in count.

Can someone answer my queries on reports, I am not sure why no one is replying my queries on Reports. I have posted several queries, could someone answer my below query.
