How can I create a report with the list of all the members of a team area with their process role?

You should use the LIVE_SNAPSHOT. Use the table com.ibm.team.process.TeamArea and select the contributors field(s). You'll get back one row for each contributor. Unfortunately I don't see a way to get the role information, sorry.
