Customisation a fields on a TestPlan and TestCase

Our testers have requested the addition of fields to the testcase

The fields requested are:

A field called test Objective
a multi select choice list to indicate impacted systems.

I've connected to the project with RTC client but I don't see the test plan of the test case items listed for customisation under the projects work item configuration.

I looked at the templates under manage templated but I don't see or maybe there isn't the ability to add additional sections.

Is there a way to customise these templates?

For the multiselect list you want to use Categories :

RTC is not used to customise RQM Test assets, only jazz Work Items such
as Defects.
