An internal error occurred. See server logs.null

Error message occurred when the same person was set as an Approver twice on a test plan, the the original Approval status is attempted to be deleted or status changed.

Has anyone encountered this message before, or thoughts to what could resolve this?

Note, this symptom cannot be reproduced in RQM 2.0.1.1 iFix2. I would suggest it has since been fixed (see https://jazz.net/jazz02/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/29510).

Thanks Paul, I just went to verify our current version is 2.0.1.1 iFix 1, so I will inform the others this issue appears to be resolved on the new version. Thanks again for your quick response.

 i have the same issue but i see this error while uploading a file onto the test case.
