Anyone tried RQM 2.0.0.1 iFix03? I cannot insert image in creating manual script and also during test execution. This is the simple function that working fine in previous version. I want to know if this is the problem with the latest patch or my setting problem? Appreciate for any comments. Thanks.

Hi,
We are experiencing the exact same issue with RQM v2.0.0.1, iFix01 and are interested in seeing this resolved.

I have opened Work Item 28712 for this issue and IBM RQM Support has assigned someone to look into this issue.

It looks like the issue is isolated to Firefox 3.6, correct? Firefox 3.6 is not supported as of RQM 2.0.0.1 iFix 3. Reference: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=3580&uid=swg27015932#Browsers
The good news is that dev confirmed in the WI that this is fixed upstream (likely as a result of the implementation of Firefox 3.6.x support).

Hi Patrick,
Yes, you are right. I am not aware that the machine updated to FireFox 3.6 already. After I downgraded the browser back to 3.5. It is working fine now. When will the support for FireFox 3.6 available? Thanks.

Denice

I see that Jazz Foundation dev has Firefox 3.6 support planned for 3.0 M6 Candidate:

Can someone from RQM dev comment on when this might filter down to an RQM release?

Hi,
We upgraded our RQM server from 2.0.0.1 to iFix03 using the steps given on jazz downloads. But, About Rational Quality manager doesn't show the correct version. I got an info that I have to check if the server was correctly re-provisioned. Could anyone tell me how do I verify this?

Hi,

This topic shows how much fun you will have when trying to determine which iFix you have installed for Rational Quality Manager:

http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8201&highlight=ifix

After reading the topic, in RQM you will be able to click on the down arrow to the right of the the question mark (way over to the right of the page), and select "About Rational Quality Manager". The version for Rational Quality manager will be there and on the same line there will be a "Build ID". The Build ID corresponds with an "iFix". Then you only need a copy of the magic matrix (or Rosetta Stone), to match up your Build ID with the appropriate iFix number.

Hope this helps you,

-Walter

What I *can* tell you is that it is not RQM 2.0.1, which is being released in a couple of weeks.
It is likely to be RQM 3.0 in 3Q 2010.
