Can comments be blocked when review is paused or completed?

Hi, I would like to know how can I configure RRC to avoid that reviewers make comments to the artifacts on a collections that is under review (formal or informal) that is paused or completed.

As far as I have tried, every user can do comments (does not matter the rol) in the assets at any moment, is hard to control a review under this circumstances.

Thanks

Comments supplied as part of review are marked as a "Review" Comment, there is a little tick or check mark in the header, and an artifact filter (in the sidebar) can be selected to "Show only comments for the current review".

Also when a formal review is complete - if a new snapshot collection is created, viewing the artifacts from that collection will only show the artifact, links and comments at the time the review was completed.
