How to generate Reports in RQM

Hi All,

I am trying to generate reports in RQM. But found no data message. Below are my queries:

Report 1) Defect Arrival and Resolution: For generating this i have 5 sections to be selected
a) Test Plan b) Test Mileston c) Set chart grouping d) show key dates f) show data point lables

My Question) b) How and where to key in Test Milestone data so that i can select that in the above section.
c) What is the importance of set chart grouping, show key dates, show data point labels, where do i key in these details.

Report 2)Defect list: For generating this i have 5 sections to be selected
a) Test Plan b) Test Milestone c) Testcase d) Test Machine e) Select owner f) TER State g) Test Plan category type h) Test Plan category Name
i) Test case category type j) Test case category name

My Question)b ) How and where to key in Test Milestone data so that i can select that in the above section.
d) What is the Machine and where and how to relate / enter it so that i can have it here displayed. e) What is owner here, is it owner of testcase or testplan or wat ? where to key in so that it
displays here. f) What is TER State and where and how to key in this info.

Report 5) Execution Trend: For generating this report.
a) Test Plan b) Test Milestone c) Chart grouping d) show key dates 5) Data Point Labels

My Question: What is data point labels here, what is the use and importance of this here.

Where do i find details of each section for a report. As this is making more complex in generating reports.
