Requirements Synchronization Schedule

My team is trying to use RQM along with ReqPro for requirements traceability. I have a few questions about the synchronization schedule for requirements in RQM:

1. How will we know if the automatic synchronization has run successfully or failed? Where can we find logs with this information, and can we view this information in the RQM web UI?

2. When you set the requirement synchronization schedule, you only specify the "fixed delay", and you do not need to specify a start time for the schedule. Therefore, I'm assuming that RQM will perform a synchronization right away when the schedule is modified. Then, it will perform the next synchronization after the first fixed delay has passed. Is this correct?

3. Do manual synchronizations throw off the automatic schedule? For example - my fixed delay is one hour, and there is a half-hour left until the next automatic synch. Now, a user performs a manual synch. Does the fixed delay timer reset, so the next automatic synch will not occur for another full hour now?

Thanks in advance for the help!
