Formal Review history got lost after update to RQM 2.0.0.1

Dennis Klein (611) | asked Feb 10 '10, 4:48 a.m.
Hey jazz-users,

we have quite a huge RQM-installation running on a customer's site. Recently we updated the RQM from 1.0.1.2 to 2.0.0.1!
We followed the instructions from jazz.net and everything seemed to work fine. But then our reviewers asked, how it's possible to see who approved a test plan.

Then we found out, that during the migration, the formal review history for test plans, test cases, etc. was not properly migrated. We only get empty tables for every test object.
Clicking on history causes a message, prompting that there is no review history, because there hasn't been a review process yet.

We did the installation on two server instances, and we experienced this issue on both of them, so we assume that this is a general migration problem.

Did anyone else experience a problem or does anybody know if there's already a fix for this?
We're grateful for every help we can get.
