I've got a Test Suite with 100 manual test cases and i need this suite to be executed for 2 or more testers. Is it possible?

A Test Suite can certainly be executed over and over.
I'm not entirely certain I follow your question though. Would you like to have more than one Owner? That is not possible but you do not need to be the Owner to run the Suite. I can even run the same Suite twice at once, if I want to. So, if your concern is concurrent running of the same Suite by > 1 user then you do not need to worry.
