ProxyHandler / no whitelist is configured msg in jazz.log

I'm seeing repeated instances of this Warning in my jazz.log:

WARN net.jazz.ajax.service.internal.http.ProxyHandler - Attempt made to make a remote request to URI http://<server>/<path>, but no whitelist is configured

Based on the different URIs in the messages and our normal usage of RTC, I think users are simply including URLs somewhere in work item fields. Not exactly sure if this is one warning per new URL or if they are repeating.

Would like to reduce log clutter and eliminate this message as a possible contributor to recent instability, but I'm not really sure how - seems like "Cross Domain Host Whitelist" in the com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.xdomain.DynamicProxyFrameService section of Advance Properties may be what I need, but I'm not finding any details on that.
