Report table WORKITEM_CHNGS is not up to date

I'm using birt to develop some report for RTC.
But I found some new Work Item are not shown in the table WORKITEM_CHNGS

Is the table WORKITEM_CHNGS up to date?

The table could be 24 hours out of date. The data warehouse ETL tasks run every midnight.

Do you mean ETL jobs for RRDI reports?
Are there another group of "update jobs" to populate WORKITEM_CHNGS table?
We have problems with completing ETL jobs for RRDI DW, could it affect DW for Birt reports?
