Is it possible to use DNG CM enabled project in sandbox environment

I am trying to walk users who don't have access to our DNG enterprise system at the moment, but will have it in the next few weeks. I am trying to walk through some examples of how the tool will be used once they are fully onboarded,  but the sandbox will not allow me to turn on CM.  Can I request my sandbox project have it turned on by a Jazz Dev or support?

Sorry, I should have clarified I am talking about the sandbox here on jazz.net. I don't have JazzAdmin  role so I am curious if I can get someone to turn it on so we can explore CM features.

I found that one of the sandbox environments wasn't CM enabled but the other was. Try using the 7.2 milestone sandbox
