 We have distributed environment with single JTS, federated and 8 BU project areas. 

In LDX - I get completed queries count from all the BUs for the period (say 24 hours)
How to segregate the total completed queries for each BUs?

I doubt it, that the LDX creates statistics based on project area. I think the project area is only an attribute of the resource and not of interest for LDX. There might be resources that have no project area. You might want to ask support to get clarification.
