RTC SCM : Errors occurred while updating the state of the component in the metadata

Hello Team,


I am getting this error when trying to checkout a snapshot in RTC SCM.

Could you please assist what could have gone wrong here. Thanks.

Following is the error : 

FATAL: RTC : checkout failure: Errors occurred while updating the state of the component in the metadata.
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Errors occurred while updating the state of the component in the metadata.  at com.ibm.team.filesystem.client.internal.copyfileareas.CopyFileAreaUtil.updateWorkspaceComponentState(CopyFileAreaUtil.java:225)  at com.ibm.team.filesystem.client.internal.load.MergeLoadMutator.updateWorkspaceComponentState(MergeLoadMutator.java:1340)  at com.ibm.team.filesystem.client.internal.load.MergeLoadMutator.load(MergeLoadMutator.java:1301)  at

I would suggest to open a case with support. This question is lacking information.
Version? What is being done? There is no checkout of a snapshot. This does not exist.
Is there API usage? Which client?

Version : 7.0.3
What is being done : In jenkins pipeline we are trying to checkout the sandbox from a snapshot. This is working fine for other snapshots. Only for a specific snapshot there is this error.
Is there API usage? It is done in Jenkins and not with the APIs.

Could you please help us here. Thanks.

If you reuse the same sandbox location to load the data, consider deleting that folder. 
Otherwise open a case with support, Shwetha.
