Hi,

We are using LDAP to connect to RTC.
All users are not able to login. Whenever anyone tries to login, they get the error.

Error!

You are not authorized to view this page.
CRJAZ1394E The "**" user ID cannot connect to the repository because it is not assigned to a repository group that has permissions to access the repository.

User and Admin group are mapped already.

Can someone please suggest what can be the issue?

RTC v6.0.6.1
Websphere v8.5.x
LDAP

  1. This is a forum and not a support channel. 
  2. The error indicates that your LDAP mapping is incorrect. The users getting this error are not recognized as being in any of the repository groups JazzGuest, JazzUser, JazzAdmin, JazzProjectAdmin
  3. If this has ever worked, you have an issue with your LDAP system, or someone changed the configuration.
  4. Your version of EWM is out of support, you can still try to reach out to support. Support will want to have log files, in case they pick this up.
