How to create Test case in ETM using API programmatically

 Hello, 

I am trying to create a script to Automatically create Test cases in ETM.
Can someone please help me with the API to create a Test case programmatically.

For ETM you have two options, one is the OSLC API and the other is the ETM Reportable REST API, which in contrary to its name is not only for reporting, but can also create and update.
