Deploy RPE template to RQM with config management enabled

 Hi, 


How do I upload a Report Resource (RPE template) for use in RQM for a Config-enabled project? 

The only options I have under "Reports" menu is "Create > From Resource, From Report Builder" but no option to add a resource.

Select Browse->Report Resources and you see an option "Create Resource" and you can upload the .dta file

 Hi, that option isn't available in the web browser, but I've found that I can upload using the Eclipse client.
