Issue in Installation of Jazz Team Server

I want to install Jazz Team Server on my Windows 11 machine. I am trying to install it through IBM installation Manager, but after installing it, when I am trying to run startup.bat file, RTC server is not getting started.(i.e at localhost:9443, I am not get RTC Console). Am I missing any step while starting server or any step that i need to follow of while installing?

Likely, you installed the server into Program Files. If you do so, you must run the server.startup.bat as admin every time.

Install into a different folder e.g. C:\elm instead.

Note that Windows 11 is not supported as a server operating system. It is fine for a local test system though.
