Does EWM 7.0.2 clients support Windows server 2012

One of the team having hosts running on operating system Windows server 2012 and planning to install the EWM 7.0.2 clients i.e. Visual studio plugin. During the installation of EWM plugin for visual studio, the Installation Manager reporting "A compatible Microsoft Edge Runtime is not installed on the machine. Please install the latest version of the Evergreen Runtime from <https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/> to be able to open web UI inside Visual Studio". The developer installed the Edge webview2 as suggested and tried to re-install the EW plugin, still facing the same issue. The team would like to know the system requirements for the EWM clients as the current system requirements matrix only shows the requirements for the EWM server and not for clients. Please let us know if the EWM 7.0.2 clients support Windows server 2012 R2 and how to find the compatibility matrix for the clients.
