Hi Imran,
there is no trial license as such but you can contact sales and evaluate the product.
They will then provide you with a temporary evaluation license and the software downloads.
Engineering Requirements DOORS Family | IBM is a good page to start - book a consultation - they can guide you and discuss your needs or simply provide that evaluation to you.
