Can't see my new deployed report template

Hi,
I created a new report template (using BIRT) and deployed it using the "Report Template -> New -> Report Template..." option.
But, for some reason the report template is not displayed in the report Template list.
When I try to generate a report, my template does appear in the "Select Report Template" menu and I am able to generate such a report.
Does anyone now why doesn't my template appear in the Report Templates list ? because of that (i guess) I am unable to update it.

if this didn't help to resolve the issue, I advice you to call 1-800-IBM-SERV to open a service request and a RTC support engineer can help you with that.

you may also use http://www-01.ibm.com/software/support/probsub.html to submit a service request.

Do you have a Project/Team Area filter set up in the Team Artifacts
view? IF you're creating a report template in a team area which is
excluded from your view, then it won't show up. Try setting "All Project
and Team Areas" in your team artifacts view to see if that helps.

My experience with the artifact filter is that what one thinks out to be visible in fact may not be.  I am trying to PD why someone cannot see report templates and got into a situation where the header of Team Artifacts declared
"All Projects and Teams Areas"  but only 1 of 131 were selected. 

YMMV...
