customizing footer of web ui

The jazz.net site has a custom footer which includes links -- I want to do something similar, but it appears that the content is generated from java

Is the footer configurable or is this a custom jar file you are using?

At the moment, there are no mechanisms for configuring the footer links. We're hoping to enable this in 2.0.
