ETM: How to configure the ETM Execution Utility to work behind a proxy?

How is it possible to configure the ETM Execution Utility to work behind a proxy.

Version of ETM Execution Utility : 7.0

Other ELM command line tools like the ETM Command Line Adapter supports specific command line options to specify the proxy or respect the "https_proxy" environment variable like the SCM command line tool. The ETM Execution Utility seems not to follow such an approach.
