rtc query csv downloading partial data

 Hello, I have a query in rtc i am editing / viewing with my chrome web browser.

My query says there are 1557 total results, but when I click the arrow button to download as csv, the csv file that gets downloaded only has 438 rows. missing most work items.

Likewise, when my query has 3523results, the downloaded csv only has  1499 rows. Missing most work items.

How can I download the entire query result dataset? So that the number of work items in the query matches the number being downloaded in the csv file? I do not understand why these numbers are so mismatched.

 Assuming you're using 7.0.1 or 7.0.2, you should create a support case
