Email Trigerring in RTC
Hi Team,
Instead of using Owned By for, as per the clients req, we have created custom attribute to maintain owners of the workitem at multiple level (like responsible developer, tester etc) .
However, even after successful SMTP integration, emails are not getting triggered from these custom attributes
is this tool limitation ?
