How to generate JRS report to list stories with dependency on other stories with different Filed Against?

Hi Someone who may concern,

May I ask How to generate JRS report to list stories with dependency on other stories with different Filed Against?

I see some demo show it is possible to generate report like that. But When I tried to create one myself, but it seems there is no option I can select for such condition, Say, work item ---> depend on work item 1, you can only configure condition as work item-> FiledAgainst = A or work item1->FiledAgainst = B, but not not workitem-> FiledAgainst not equal or equal to work item1->FiledAgainst.
