IBM Rational DOORs:How to ignore DXL attributes error for .inc files

We executing dxl scripts to create new attributes but while execution there are error because of DXL attributes in the modules. There DXL attributes in which .inc files are missing due to this it causes issues. As there are 500+ modules it is not possible to fix these manually.

How to ignore these DXL attributes while executing DXL scripts. Please help with DXL snippet to fix this issue.
