Cannot create sandbox for CLM 4.0.4

I created a sandbox for CLM 4.0.5 M1 (sandbox01) only to realize what I really wanted was CLM 4.0.4 (sandbox02).
When going into the sandbox02 page I get the following error:


Initializing sandbox information

Could not load project information. Please try again later.

Not sure if it's an issue on it's own with sandbox02 or a conflict with my previously created sandbox01.

 Hi Taly,

Yes, I got the same message.   Sorry for the inconvenience.

I guess the server is experiencing some technical problems. Please give another try after couple of mins and contact info@jazz.net if problem remains.

Thanks for the quick response.
I've been trying for about 12 hours on separate intervals. I'll give it another couple before reaching out to the info@jazz.net.

Hi Taly

It's shouldn't be a conflict with the project you created on sandbox01.

We are having issues with sandbox02 server. DB on that server is getting re-indexed and will still take few hours to come up. I will put a  note here when it's up.
