[closed] ClearTeam Explorer: Checkin/Checkout Error
Hello,
I have a client running CTEv8.0.1 that receives the following error each time he does a checkout or check-in of any file:
Problem Occurred
'Refreshing' has encountered a problem.
An internal error occurred during: "Refreshing".
Details:
An internal error occurred during: "Refreshing". preOperationList and viewContext may not be null if this method is called
He clicks "OK" each time and is able to proceed, but it is a nuisance. He is the only client receiving this error. I have confirmed his CTE preferences match his peers. He updates his view every morning. He is connected to CC and CQ within CTE. Please let me know what other information I can provide that might be helpful in resolving this.
