Reference link not show up in Report when I use build report

I have a module A contains "Reference" outlinks to module B. In regular view, I can see the Reference links, and I could navigate the module b following link.

However, when I try to build a report, "reference" link is not showing up report builder.

Any idea, what might be wrong?

Do you mean that, in Report Builder, when you author a report, the references link type does not show up as a treaceability link?

Also, in Report Builder, are you using the Data Warehouse data source or the Lifecycle Query Engine data source?
